You can send a clear copy of your licence (front and back) to bookings@esitrain.com.au
You can send a copy of your entire competency portfolio including all attachments (switching sheets etc.) to bookings@esitrain.com.au
Failure to include attachments will cause a delay in processing.
Completing our training is only the first step in becoming an authorised person. To be authorised you must complete an Authorised Person Application Form which can be found at the following links.

The first step in the process to obtain a substation key is to complete our face to face training course T0838 Working Safely On or Near Electrical Network Infrastructure in QLD (System Key Access)
Once training is complete and a certificate has been received, please email a copy of your certificate to access@energyq.com.au
Online and extended reality (XR) training
You will receive a Statement of Completion via email (this will be sent to the email you used to set up your aXcelerate account).
A copy of the Statement of Completion will also be available on your aXcelerate Dashboard*, which you can print or forward as required.
Your Statement of Completion should be accepted as evidence of training in most circumstances.
Within 15 business days you will receive an email containing a formal Certificate of Attendance which will also be available on your aXcelerate Dashboard*. This can be printed or forwarded as required.
Face to face training
You will receive an email containing a formal Certificate of Attendance within 5 business days.
Your Certificate of Attendance will then be made available on your aXcelerate Dashboard*, which you can print or forward as required.
*Please note: To access your Dashboard please sign into aXcelerate - the Dashboard will appear immediately after sign in.

For Credit Customers
If you have booked online/XR training but have not received the email link to login after 10 business days after payment, please contact us.
For Pre-payment Customers
Please allow up to 10 business days after booking to receive an invoice. If it has been more than 10 business days please contact us.
If 10 business days have not passed, please be assured that we are doing everything we can to get this processed as soon as possible.

For BPOINT Customers
You will receive your training information within 10 business days of booking. If it has been more than 10 business days please contact us.

This website has been custom built to make booking a course as simple as possible via our Cart.
Just go to Browse courses to find the course you need. Even if the course is now obsolete, you will be able to find the new course.
Content is updated regularly and any issues with the website are resolved quickly.
If you call us to enrol, you will most likely be asked to go to this website as no bookings can be taken over the phone.
If you have any issues, including a course not being available in your preferred location, please contact us.
If you are an existing aXcelerate user you will be able to access your training history immediately after signing in.
aXcelerate is the system we now use to manage training. If you have completed training since 1 August 2021 you will have an aXcelerate account.
If you have not been trained since 1 August 2021, you will exist only in our legacy systems and you'll need to contact us for your training history.
To obtain a company report please contact us.
A company report will only include evidence dating back to 1 August 2016 and will include current training courses being delivered and currently recognised authorisations - no legacy training is available.
If no recent history has been included in the report, the training is considered out of date and will need to be completed again (you'll need to make a new training booking).
We license a number of training packages to approved external training providers.
A list of the licensed courses, and who can deliver them, can be found on the Alternative Training Providers (Licencing Agreements) webpage.
External training providers must meet the ‘Eligibility criteria’, which is also detailed on the webpage, before they can deliver training on our behalf.
Energy Queensland (our parent company) recognises the Esitrain licensed training courses that are delivered by an approved external training provider as equivalent to the training delivered by Esitrain.
